RUSSIA FACES another poor harvest this year because drought in the west of the country is damaging some crops.

Agriculture experts believe Russia will harvest about 50 million tons of grain, but only if farmers move quickly. They fear that farmers may not be able to get the harvest in on time because they do not have enough equipment or fuel. Last year's crops were severely damaged by hot weather and drought.
