Six-year-old twins 'youngest to get GCSE'
Six-year-old twins were believed to be the youngest pupils to pass GCSE exams this year.
Peter and Paula Imafidon, who attend a state primary school in Waltham Forest, east London, took exams in maths and statistics after attending extra Saturday classes for two hours a week.
Both children scored G grades in statistics. Paula went one better in maths with an F, Peter getting another G. The twins said they were "very happy" with their results, and were being treated to a trip to McDonald's to celebrate. They said the exams were "easy" because they liked "to do adding and subtracting".
The family has a history of exceptional GCSE results. Their sister Samantha passed two exams last year, when she was just seven.
