The growing popularity of whale watching is reflected in the latest travel brochure from the Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society.
Out of the Blue, the WDCS's non-profit travel wing, has launched several new trips including Baja California, famous for its "friendly" grey whales; the Straits of Gibraltar (killer whales and pilot whales) and Punta Norte in Argentina's Peninsular Valdez, where orcas were shown grabbing seal pups from the beach in David Attenborough's TV documentary Trials of Life.
