England see two-goal lead slip away

Scotland's Group One prospects dived as they lost 5-0 to Portugal in Lisbon. Niall Quinn scored in the Republic of Ireland's 1-1 draw with Denmark in a Group Three match in Dublin, but Northern Ireland went down 3-1 to Spain in Seville. In Group Four, Mark Hughes gave Wales a 1-1 draw with the RCS in Ostrava.
