Life for sex attacker with HIV virus
A child sex attacker who is HIV positive was yesterday jailed for life after the Old Bailey was told that he displayed no concern whether his victims might catch the virus.
Judge Brian Capstick told Timothy Tobin, 25, that it was clear he posed a serious danger to the public, in particular young people.
Tobin "totally denied being a danger to young people" despite a conviction for indecently assaulting an 11-year-old girl and the charge he was jailed for yesterday - a serious sexual offence against a boy of 13.
