A 27-year-old man who grew a cannabis crop in his six-year-old daughter's bedroom was jailed for three months yesterday.

Mark Lymburn grew 26 plants in his daughter's wardrobe and behind the curtains of her room at their home in Torquay, Devon, Exeter Crown Court was told. Peter Telford for the prosecution said the plants, found during a police raid in January, would have been worth pounds 950. Mr Lymburn pleaded guilty to cultivating cannabis, and possessing cannabis resin and magic mushrooms.
