Current Google Insights trends: Rachel Uchitel, Tiger Woods

The names of Tiger Woods and a woman with whom he allegedly had an affair, Rachel Uchitel, are the top two rising search terms on Google Insights on December 3.

Searches for the two names have increased as the news that Rachel Uchitel flew to California to meet with her high-profile lawyer, Gloria Allred, spread across celebrity blogs this week. The same tabloids claim Allred will hold a press conference on Thursday, December 3 to discuss Rachel Uchitel's relationship with Tiger Woods.

On December 2, Tiger Woods updated his personal blog writing, "I have let my family down and I regret those transgressions with all of my heart." He added, "Personal sins should not require press releases and problems within a family shouldn't have to mean public confessions."
