"Music Monday (#MusicMonday)" is the most talked about topic on Twitter on the morning of October 26.
In accordance with the weekly Music Monday trend, Twitter users are posting the name of their most-loved songs of the moment or are attaching links to their favorite band's websites.
"Google" is often a popular talking point for microbloggers using Twitter and at 8:30 AM on the morning of October 26 it has risen to the second spot on Twitter's list of most talked about topics.
This morning people are discussing the various updates Google has made to its services during the last week. Tweets including the term "Google" include links to news articles and blog posts that reference Google Wave invites, Google Search, Google chrome and the inclusion of Twitter posts on Google search.
There is also a large number of spam posts encouraging users to click on links where they can "Start Making $60-100 per hour on google."
On Sunday, October 25 U2 performed to a sold-out crowd at the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, California. Their performance was broadcast live on YouTube - the first time a concert of such a size has been webcast live on the internet for free.
People on Twitter are talking about the concert, posting links to the U2 website and the YouTube channel hosing the webcast. Fans all over the world can still tune into the show, which is currently being replayed on YouTube (head to www.youtube.com/u2 to watch the show). The performance will be available to watch "on-demand" after the second broadcast ends.
