Current Twitter trends: 'The Love Stories,' Apple

"Now playing (#nowplaying)" is back in its number-one position on Twitter's most talked about topics list on January 27 at 9:30 AM GMT.

Quotes from @TheLoveStories are being retweeted across the twittersphere as people try and mend their broken hearts after a bad breakup. The acronym TLS is being used to replace "TheLoveStories" in posts containing words of wisdom "that can help you get over pain, feel love, and make you smile & laugh!"

"Sometimes it's better to be alone, no one can hurt you when you're alone," "Life isn't always what you expect it to be...Don't give up just because it wasn't exactly what you wanted" and "The true gift in these lessons always lies in the learning process itself" are just some of the TLS tweets floating around the social networking site.

Apple's "Jesus Tablet" is already causing a commotion on Twitter on the morning of January 27, despite the fact that Apple is yet to announce the much-rumored portable touchscreen device.

It is widely believed that Apple will release the tablet at its January 27 press event due to take place at 10 AM Pacific Time. An excited Twitter member tweeted, "today is THE day...waiting for the #apple event..."
