Minister calls for speed-up of adoptions for Bosnian babies

Tim Yeo, a junior health minister, has asked local authorities to speed up adoption procedures so that babies rejected by Muslim women raped by Serbian soldiers can come to Britain without bureaucratic delays, it emerged last night. But the Government will not provide new money to fund the scheme.
