Mothers plead for message from girls
The mothers of two missing girls yesterday made a public appeal for them to get in touch.
Natasha Jones, 9, and Louise Dixon, 10, vanished after leaving Natasha's home on the Saffron Lane council estate in Leicester at 2pm on Sunday to play at Louise's house near by. Yesterday, at a press conference, Ellie Jones and Gillian Dixon pleaded for a message from their daughters.
Police said: "someone with a displaced sense of loyalty" could be giving them food and shelter to hide on the estate.
