Amulti-million divorce settlement is not enough for the wife of one of the world's richest men, who has gone to the Appeal Court in London to ask for more.

The pounds 8.8 million she was given by a High Court family division judge is not a fair award, claims Katina Dart, 37, divorced wife of American Robert Dart whose fortune is based on the manufacture of fast-food polystyrene cartons. Even though Mr Justice Johnson, when he made the award to her in April this year, included provision for "occasional plane charter", Mrs Dart, 37, claims she is entitled to a lot more. Her counsel, James Munby QC, told three Appeal Court judges yesterday that his client was looking for an "absolute minimum of many, many, many tens of millions".
