Beyoncé fans receive apology from fashion brand after it suggests her new clothing range imitated theirs

A fashion chain has apologised after incurring the wrath of Beyoncé fans by suggesting the singer imitated its clothing wear.
The "Flawless" singer excited her huge fan base yesterday by releasing a preview of her new activewear range Ivy Park on her Instagram page. Ivy Park's own Instagram page, which features four pictures and a video of Beyoncé modelling the brand, amassed over 70,000 followers in one day.
In a tweet which has since been deleted the athletic wear company Lululemon Athletica implied there was a similarity between their clothing and that of Beyoncé, not missing the chance to include a pun of one of her best-known hits.
“They do say imitation is the best form of flattery. Maybe Beyoncé is so Crazy in Love with our brand, she made her own,” the tweet said.
Moments later, Lululemon felt the sting (ahem) of the Beyhive prompting them to delete the tweet and apologise to fans.
Representatives for Beyoncé did not immediately respond to request for comment.
