15 March: The Princess Royal, Patron, Sense, the National Deaf- Blind and Rubella Association, this morning visited the Leight Centre, Street Road, Glastonbury, and was received by Her Majesty's Lord- Lieutenant for Somerset (Colonel Walter Luttrell).

Her Royal Highness, President, Save the Children Fund, later visited the Save the Children Fund Shop, Heighes House, Fore Street, Castle Cary.

The Princess Royal, President, British Knitting and Clothing Export Council, this afternoon visited Frederick Theak Limited, Shudrick Lane, Ilminster.

Her Royal Highness, Patron, the National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux, afterwards visited the Sedgemoor Bureau, The Lions, West Quay, Bridgwater.

Mrs William Nunneley was in attendance.

15 March: The Prince of Wales was represented by Mr Gerald Ward at the Service of Thanksgiving for the Life of Mr Dan Maskell which was held in All Souls Church, Langham Place, London W1, this afternoon.

15 March: The Princess of Wales, Patron, Relate, today presented the 'Family of the Year Award' at the Inn on the Park, London W1.

Captain Edward Musto RM was in attendance.

15 March: The Duke of Kent, President, the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club Wimbledon, was represented by Air Chief Marshal Sir Brian Burnett at a Thanksgiving Service for the Life of Mr Dan Maskell which was held at All Souls Church, Langham Place, London W1 today.

The Princess Royal attends the Council Meeting and the Annual General Meeting of the Royal Cornwall Agricultural Association, the Royal Cornwall Showground, Wadebridge, Cornwall; and, as Patron, Gloucestershire Rugby Football Union, attends the Gloucestershire County Senior Cup Final at Kingsholm, Gloucestershire. The Duke of Kent, Trustee, attends a Dinner at the Science Museum, Exhibition Road, London SW7.
