Correction: An unfortunate transcription error appeared in 'Faith and Reason' last Saturday. Anthony O'Hear wrote that, in contrast to the relativistic moral attitudes of many undergraduates, his friends in inner-city comprehensives tell him that the majority - not 'the minority' as printed - of their pupils are robustly retributive in their attitudes to crime.
