Hillary Clinton: Campaign launch video arrives a little late - but what about her logo?
The former Secretary of State has been getting a lot of stick on Twitter for her choice of campaign logo
Following her official announcement that she is launching a second attempt to run for the White House, Hillary Clinton has been facing some harsh criticism, but not just over her policies or her record.
The online conversation hasn't just been about her video launch - which came a few hours after its expected time - or the fact she could soon be the first female president of the United States. The former Secretary of State has been getting a lot of stick on Twitter for her choice of campaign logo.
It's a blue ‘H,’ symbolising her name, clearly, and a red arrow, no doubt noting her aim to move things forward.
All of Clinton’s social media channels have been given the new branding. And granted, much of her abuse appears to have come from those who oppose her, Republicans, but pretty much everyone has something to say about it.
And that’s not all. Clinton has also come under fire for an “embarrassing mistake” in her announcement to reporters, the Daily Mail says.
It appears she omitted a key word in one of the sentences: apparently the 67 year-old has “fought children and families all her career.” There looks as though there might be a “for” missing there.
