It is ironic that one of the perks to being rich and famous is getting things for free.

Such is the case with the ultimate celebrity couple Kim Kardashian-West and Kanye West, who when attending the MTV VMAs in New York over the weekend were given a complimentary night’s stay in a luxury apartment worth $30million (£22.8million).

Kardashian-West predictably documented her stay on Snapchat thanking Air BnB for the stay, revealing that she was “obsessed”. Sharing pictures of her own “glam room” and herself sprawled on fancy garden furniture, the businesswoman provided a glimpse into how the other half live.

Now more has been revealed of the property, which as evident by the pictures in the gallery above, boasts a rooftop swimming pool, gym, sauna and outdoor kitchen.

The 7,200 square foot five-bedroom flat can be found in the Tribeca area of the city and is listed on the website for the renting price of £7870 per night.

The couple were in the American city with their children 3-year-old North and eight-month-old son Saint. West returned to the VMA stage – a platform he is all too familiar with – where he was given free reign to discuss any topic he wanted. To none’s surprise he supported Beyonce, brought up the Taylor Swift row and plugged his new video Fade yet also gave a more meaningful speech on race, wealth and equality.
