Miley Cyrus’s Bangerz tour bus carrying mum, sister and entourage burns down near New Orleans

The blackened interior was gutted beyond recognition after the blaze destroyed the vehicle carrying the singer's family and entourage

Miley Cyrus’s tour bus has no doubt seen some things in its brief period of time on the road since the start of the Bangerz Tour.

But its short life in her employment came to a swift end when it burst into flames and burned down in a late night blaze as members of her entourage – including her mother Tish and her sister Noah – drove overnight from Houston to New Orleans.

Luckily for the singer, she wasn’t inside the vehicle when the fire took hold, and had already arrived at the destination ahead of Tuesday night’s show.

She retweeted her 14-year-old sister  Noah’s comment, that simply read: “Cyrus bus down.”

Noah proceeded to post a series of videos and pictures in the early hours of the morning depicting the huge fire by the roadside.

 “Yes, everyone got out safe no one is injured what so ever!! everything is okay!!” she captioned one image. “Thank u God for keeping us safe.”

 

Further images of the aftermath show the blackened interior gutted beyond recognition, a demolished floor littered with charred belongings and hanging electrical wires.

Everybody is off the vehicle. It's an entertainer coach.'

When he is asked if there are any chemicals on board, he says: “No chemicals that I know of, just diesel fuel.”

The typically controversial Bangerz Tour is scheduled to continue as normal.
