Angela Eagle, Minister of State for Pensions and the Ageing Society said: "The Age, Snapped exhibition challenges people’s perceptions of age by giving us a different view of older people. The images remind us of the powerful and important roles older people are playing within families, communities and the economy across the country.”

The Age, Snapped photography exhibition is being held at the LCC Galleries in central London. From the 1st October, the images will be available to view online at Flickr, visit http://www.flickr.com/photos/age_snapped/
