Nicolas Cage wore a Nicolas Cage t-shirt to a Guns N' Roses concert

Because he's Nicolas Cage that's why.

Not to be outdone by Macaulay Culkin's meta Ryan Gosling t-shirt, Nicolas Cage has got himself a nice new tee of Nicolas Cage.

The actor wore it to a Guns N' Roses show in Las Vegas no less, with the band posting a picture of their celebrity guest on Facebook and inviting him on stage to take a bow.

The shirt features Cage as seen in Vampire's Kiss, a mind-bending, semi-intentionally hilarious film that features heavily in the infamous 'Nicolas Cage losing his sh*t' YouTube video and is well worth queuing up on Netflix if you haven't seen it.

Not only did Cage nod at his inherent ridiculousness/excellence with the shirt, but he teamed it with a cowboy hat, blue blazer, beads, tasselled trousers, sunburst aviators, rings, a glass of red wine and a cane.

The print was based on this fan art of his trademark crazed expression, which must have taken a long time to explain to each member of Guns N' Roses exactly why it is a thing on the internet.
