If I weren't talking to you right now I'd be...

Finishing the final edit for my book.

A phrase I use far too often...

"You really should."To some people I must be a really annoying bully but I'm so passionate about everything I believe in I think everyone else should be too.

I wish people would take more notice of...

Taking responsibility for their own health. Everyone knows that you can use a dock leaf to relieve a nettle sting and there's something similar for just about everything... I sound like a right barking mad mother earth.

A common misperception of me is...

That I'm "new age" and cosmic. The reality is that I am extremely down to earth, back to basics.

I am not a politician but...

If I was I would encourage women and men to stay at home if they want to, after they have had babies, and if they wanted to work, I would encourage employers to offer more flexible working opportunities. It's about supporting men as well.

I'm good at...

Communicating ideas I am passionate about.

I'm very bad at...

Not crying about just about everything. I can't even watch the London Marathon or a kids nativity play without blubbing.

The ideal night out is...

Candlelit dinner, if I'm lucky enough to find babysitter - hard to find when you have four kids.

The best age to be is...

Whatever age it is for you where you've identified your life's purpose - if that doesn't sound too anal.

In a nutshell, my philosophy is this:

All the ripples of holistic living will add up to a sea of health. In other words, do one thing and it will lead on to other things.
