The Queen holds an investiture at Buckingham Palace; as Air Commodore- in-Chief, Royal Air Force Regiment, attends a lunch at St James's Palace; and receives members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, who will present her with a horse, in the Riding School of the Royal Mews, Buckingham Palace. The Duke of Edinburgh, Patron and Trustee, attend receptions for Young People who have reached the Gold Standard of the Duke of Edinburgh's Award at St James's Palace; and attends a dinner for Employment Opportunities for People with Disabilities at the Bank of England, London EC2. The Duke of York attends the launch of the National Under-12s Rugby Festival at the Ministry of Defence Main Building, London SW1; and, as Admiral of the Sea Cadet Corps, visits the City of London Sea Cadet Unit on board HMS Belfast, Southwark, London SE1. Princess Margaret attends a reception to mark the launch of the Annual Report of the Royal Fine Art Commission at 7 St James's Square, London SW1. The Duke of Gloucester, President, NABC - Clubs for Young People - visits clubs in Warwickshire. Princess Alexandra, accompanied by Sir Angus Ogilvy, visits Hungary to open the newly renovated Peto Institute and to undertake engagements in Budapest, Szekesfehervar and Herend.
