Princess Alexandra attends the Britain in Bloom Awards Ceremony at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, London W2; and opens the new Headquarters of Bacup at Rivington Street, London EC2. Prince Michael of Kent, as Patron of the Anglo-Hellenic League, unveils a Memorial Plaque to commemorate all those who fell in 1941-1945 Greek campaign, in St Sophia's Church, London W2.
