Rain or Shine...

METEOROLOGICAL experts are predicting a repeat of the violent hurricanes that caused so much damage last year.

The latest forecast from Colorado State University for the Atlantic-Caribbean storm season, which runs from 1 June to 30 November, warns of 14 tropical storms, nine of them growing to hurricane strength. Four of the nine will become intense, with wind speeds of at least 110 mph.
