A MOUNTAINOUS area of north-east Colombia was hit by an earthquake for the second time in less than a week, authorities said yesterday.
The National Seismological Institute said the latest earthquake measured 5.3 on the Richter scale. Its epicentre was located in the Cordillera Oriental mountains. The same region was hit last Wednesday with an earthquake registering 6.3.
