SAS men held over guns sale

Six members of the elite SAS and Parachute regiments have been arrested over alleged sales of Army guns, it was reported last night.

It is feared that powerful Army automatic pistols and sub-machine guns may have been passed to criminals. Scotland Yard said six men had been arrested in Hereford and Aldershot but refused to confirm that they were soldiers.
