Huge storm comes early on Saturn

Spring has come early on Saturn and it has been marked by a giant thunderstorm producing immense lightning bursts.

At the start of every Saturnian year – equivalent to 29.5 Earth years – a storm rages on the planet. Known as the Great White Spot, the megastorm has been monitored by the Cassini spacecraft orbiting it.
