Serbs attack observers

SERBS IN Kosovo spat at international observers in the town of Pec and pelted their vehicles after six Serbs died when masked Albanian gunmen went on a shooting spree in a cafe. On the same day, 31 Kosovo Albanians were killed in clashes on Kosovo's border with Albania.
