Tajik refugees flee to Afghanistan
Tajik refugees rocking a baby's cradle at Qulukh Tepa by the Oxus River that divides Tajikistan and north Afghanistan. They are among more than 40,000 at the camp, where children are beginning to die in the cold, having fled fighting between Islamic rebels and the formerly Communist government.
