THE lottery organiser, Camelot, was ordered to crack down on illegal sales of tickets and scratchcards today as new research linked them to compulsive under-age gambling. The study found that 5 per cent of youngsters under 16 had a problem with gambling. Of 10,000 children aged 12-15, just under half had bought Instants scratchcards illegally.

The winning numbers in last night's draw were 21, 09, 36, 48, 27, and 42; bonus 13.
