The Independent and Personnel Today have launched the fourth British Recruitment Advertising Awards, open to any company, agency or individual placing an advertisement to recruit personnel in the period 1 December 1991 to 27 November 1992. The sponsors are Rank Xerox (UK), Hunterskil, Capital Radio and BTEC, the Business and Technology Education Council.
