More than 1,000 people a month are taking out the Law Society's Accident Line Protect insurance to cover any losing costs in cases funded under

no-win, no-fee agreements. Within a few weeks the Law Society will launch a disbursement financing scheme so that clients will not have to pay either the pounds 85 premium or other fees, including the cost of expert reports, until their case is concluded.
