Award-winning design makes light work for jazz veteran and friend

Humphrey Lyttelton and seven-year-old Garth Birtles demonstrating a lightweight, inexpensive clarinet which was among the winners in the 1993 British Design Awards. It was made by Lyons Musicale, of Harpenden, Hertfordshire, and designed by Random Product Design, of west London
