BBC complaint case
THE parents of a teenager who hanged himself after watching a hoax BBC television programme on the paranormal won leave in the High Court for a judicial review challenging the Broadcasting Standards Council's refusal to consider their complaint against the programme. Martin Denham, 18, of Bestwood, Nottingham, died after becoming obsessed by the Ghostwatch investigation broadcast on Hallowe'en 1992.
