Two accountants were jailed for three years each at the Old Bailey for conspiring to pervert the course of justice by offering to sell sensitive and confidential material from the BCCI inquiry. Mark Braley, 25, on loan from Coopers & Lybrand Deloitte, the accountants, to the Serious Fraud Office, had access to the documents. Bernard Lynch, 28, of Forest Hill, south London, was said to have acted as 'go-between'.
