Charges dropped
The case against Francis Marnell, 38, of Northolt, west London, who was accused of murdering businesswoman Jean Bradley from Crowthorne, Berkshire, on 25 March outside Acton Underground station, was dismissed after Ealing magistrates' court was told he had a 'cast iron, unimpeachable alibi'.
