Classic FM has maintained its share of the radio listening audience, according to quarterly figures released for all British radio stations, covering the months of January to March. The populist classical music station, which launched last September, turned in a 2.8 per cent share of all listening and a weekly reach of 4,487,000 listeners - double the share of Radio 3, with a weekly reach of 1.4 per cent and 2,709,000 a week.
