Climber named
THE British climber who died in an avalanche on Mont Blanc was named yesterday as Nigel Thurman, 23, a veterinary student. Mr Thurman, from Stanmore, Middlesex, whose body was found on Friday, was climbing with fellow student James O'Keefe, who escaped unhurt.
