Contents of shrine to Jacobite cause fall under the auctioneer's hammer today

Fingask Castle near Perth, home to a collection of 17th and 18th century artefacts linked to the Jacobite uprisings. Their sale by Christie's should raise pounds 900,000 for Mark Murray Threipland, the owner, who is moving to Italy. The castle has been on the market for a year.
