Coroner refuses to release body
A coroner has refused to release for burial the body of a woman who was found crushed to death under her husband's car. Detectives are still investigating the death of Janet Maloney, 41, of Chapel Row in Berkshire, whose body was found beneath their Daimler Sovereign, which had been embedded in the wall of their cottage. Charles Hoile, the West Berkshire coroner, adjourned the inquest in Newbury and said that he would not release the body yet because of the inquiry.
