A former deputy head teacher pleaded guilty to a string of internet-related sex offences against children today.
Kenneth Browne, who worked at Dorothy Stringer High School in Brighton, admitted six counts of possessing indecent images of children and six counts of making indecent images of children, a Lewes Crown Court official said.
The 60-year-old, of South Row, Blackheath, south-east London, was originally arrested in July 2009.
The offences were all internet-related, with the making offences relating to the transferring of images on to a memory stick.
Browne was granted bail to appear at the court for sentencing on 24 February.
