A second body has been found by divers searching for two brothers who went missing after their boat was found empty on a lake.
Trainee gamekeeper Luke Yardy, 17, and half-brother Ashley, 22, got into difficulties on Sunday morning after they took a rowing boat out onto the water at Kingfishers Bridge Project, near Wicken, Cambridgeshire.
The pair from Stretham, near Ely, were watched by Luke's father Andrew Fountain, 56, who rang 999 when he saw the boys falling into the water, the Cambridge News reported.
It is believed they were trying to help an injured bird but Luke fell into the freezing water, and former lifeguard Ashley jumped in to rescue him. The pair are thought to have become caught in mud and reeds.
A body, which police say was that of a 22-year-old, was found at 4.15pm on Sunday and at 5pm yesterday the Metropolitan Water Search team and Spartan Rescue found what is believed to be Luke's body.
Inspector Terry Furlong, of Cambridgeshire Police, said: "The family of the men are aware and are with officers at this time.
"Investigations will continue into the circumstances of this tragedy."
Opened in 1995, the Kingfishers Bridge Project has transformed 150 acres of arable farmland into a wildlife reserve.
