A masked gang of robbers stole over £13,000 after they ransacked a number of self-service tills at an Asda in Birmingham.

The robbery, which was captured on the shop’s CCTV, saw four men enter the store in the early hours of morning of 11 January before emptying the four self-service tills and fleeing the scene in a getaway car.

Police report that the men were wearing balaclavas and carrying machetes as they made away with their massive haul of cash.
