Dismissal 'unfair'
ADRIAN SEN, 32, a data systems co-ordinator who quit his pounds 27,500-a-year job with the City bank Credit Lyonnais Rouse after its financial director, Philip Gamble, swore at him, was awarded pounds 11,000 at an industrial tribunal.
