A Royal Navy doctor was dismissed from a service hospital in Gosport, Hampshire, and fined pounds 3,000 for stripping to his underpants and socks in a female surgeon's room after telling her he wanted an affair. Surgeon Commander Alistair Miller, 39, who admitted being drunk and breaching discipline, told a court martial he thought the woman was attracted to him.
