Dog attack ruling

The Criminal Injuries Board awarded pounds 7,500 compensation to Teresa White, 12, of Paignton, Devon, for injuries she suffered in a dog attack. In a historic ruling, the board decided that that anybody who takes a dog into a public place knowing it is dangerous, is 'criminally reckless'.
