Family's gun ordeal

A family is to make a formal complaint against police officers who fired a shot in the air and pointed machine-guns at a pregnant woman and her two young children when they mistook her husband for an armed robber. Caroline and Martin Kelly, of Halesowen, West Midlands, were surrounded as they left a pub in Chichester, West Sussex. Mr Kelly was taken to a police station but later released.
