Girl, 16, 'raped in school lavatories by classmate'
A TEENAGER was raped by a classmate who lured her to the school lavatories, an Old Bailey jury was told yesterday.
The girl, aged 16, said she went to the boys' lavatories to retrieve her bus pass, which the boy had stolen. 'I was not encouraging him. I kept saying no, I am not that kind of girl,' she said.
The boy took off her uniform and raped her, it was alleged. The girl said he had also indecently assaulted her at school on two previous occasions.
The boy, from Streatham, south London, was arrested after the girl and her aunt went to the school, in Tulse Hill, south-east London, to make a complaint to the deputy headmaster.
'I kept quiet about it for a couple of days because I was ashamed to tell,' she said.
The boy, who cannot be named to protect the identity of the girl, pleaded not guilty to rape and two charges of indecent assault, between 22 and 27 January this year.
The trial continues.
