PAKISTANI officials agreed to release two people suspected of gun-running in exchange for three diplomats, one British, kidnapped in Afghanistan. Jack Dodds, a second secretary in Karachi, was snatched by an Afghan tribal commander as as he drove into southern Afghanistan.
