HIV case go-ahead

More than 120 women who were treated by an HIV- positive health worker were given the go-ahead by the High Court to sue two hospitals for negligence. They claim they suffered nervous shock because of the way the news was broken to them by Tameside and Trafford general hospitals in Manchester.
